Partners
The HPV post-secondary mobile vaccination clinic is a collaboration between 19 to Zero, Alberta Health Services, the Government of Alberta, Merck Canada Inc., and ACESO Medical. Doses of the HPV vaccine are provided by the Government of Alberta.
We wish to thank Bow Valley College, Concordia University of Edmonton, MacEwan University, Mount Royal University, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology for their partnership and support.
The clinic is made possible, in part, through the financial support of Merck Canada Inc. The opinions expressed on this site are those of 19 to Zero Inc. and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Merck Canada Inc. All funds provided by Merck Canada are put solely towards the health education portion of the initiative.
This includes support for the development of unbranded educational content about HPV disease awareness and prevention, which is balanced and includes all methods of prevention (eg. use of condoms, safe sex practices, regular pap tests and vaccination), and the time health educators spend educating about HPV disease awareness and prevention. While vaccination may occur as a part of this initiative, Merck Canada will have no involvement in this.
