About 19 to Zero
19 to Zero is a not-for-profit coalition of academics, public health experts, behavioural economists, and creative professionals working to understand, engage with, and ultimately shift public perceptions towards healthier behaviours and close care gaps across a range of health and disease domains.
19 To Zero originally began with a focus on safer public health behaviours during the COVID-19 pandemic, including increasing uptake of immunizations. Since then, we have continued to build vaccine confidence and help close care gaps across a range of health-related issues like increasing uptake and understanding of routine vaccinations, cancer screening, and chronic diseases
As an independent nonprofit organization, 19 to Zero works closely with a broad, multidisciplinary group of partners. These organizations and individuals come from academia, healthcare, the public sector, private companies, and more to provide expertise across the full range of 19 to Zero’s activities. From polling and data analysis to healthcare worker outreach to mass communications and everything in between, this diverse coalition drives the work of 19 to Zero.
